Midway reminder at Marvelous Magnolia.

Good morning crafty friends.

Hope you are all well and having a lovely week.
I am sharing with you today my midway inspiration card for Marvelous Magnolias.  The theme for this challenge is to add a hint of black.
I have been so looking forward to colouring up this adorable image- Here I am Tilda.
I chose this sentiment stamp from a challenge win and thought it was perfect for this image.
I have used Inktense Pencils to colour the image. I m still not entirely happy with the hair but this was the best of three. It actually looks a lot better in the flesh. I did not use water to blend the hair as on the first attempt it ended up a yucky mess - still need more practice with colouring hair.

The papers are from my stash. I bought a large pack of papers from K & Co years ago when I first started making cards so, rather than keep buying ink and papers I figured I should use some of them.
I stamped the sentiment with Versamark and embossed with white powder.

I added pearls, sparkly beads, lace (which you can't see very well) and flowers from WOC and LLC.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges.

Use your stuff - Doily (doily die)
The Crafter's  Café - Things with Wings
Card Mania - Buttons

Thank you all for stopping by and for your lovely comments. I am sorry I haven't been around blogging as much as I would like but I need to catch up on my DT obligations and commissions before I go on holiday.

Enjoy the rest of your week.

My first Ppinky Dolls image

Good evening friends.

Hope you are all having a lovely weekend - are you fitting in some crafty time?

It is not very often I make a card on a Saturday but Russ has gone to see Jonny Marr in Manchester so I have had a crafty session. We got some free tickets of Russ's niece - I was going to go but I am at work at 7 in the morning and didn't know what time we would get home so Russ took a friend. They will no doubt be having a fabulous time.

I have coloured up my first Ppinky image. I had a challenge win and got to choose 3 images - they are such fun to colour and it will not be my last.

Here is my card using Pinky with Flaffy Kitten.

A list of the products used to a link to their online shop will be at the bottom of this post.

She has been coloured using Inktense Pencils.

A new challenge at Divas by Design.

Happy Wednesday blogger friends.

Hope you are all having a lovely week. Are you all managing to fit in some crafty time?

Today sees the start of a new challenge over at Diva's by Design. We would like to see Festive Floral/Christmas flowers.

I have used an image I bought two years ago from Lili of the Valley All in a Row.

The items used with a link to the online store will be at the bottom of this post.

I was intending to use some papers from Nitwit Collections Christmas Linen for the backing papers but my printer ran out of ink. I just had enough ink to print out the paper which had the poinsettias on it which I cut out.

The backing papers are from LOTV as is the sentiment in the centre of the Poinsettias.

I have coloured the image with Inktense pencils and Distress Markers.
The bow made from ribbon in my stash. The stars are made from Martha Stewart air drying clay and a mould.

The red berries are from The Range and the frosted berries are from Anne Marie Designs. I cannot see the exact berries but they have similar ones here.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges.

Inky Chicks - Christmas
Oldie but Goodie - Christmas (stamp is more than 6 months old)

That Craft Place - Girls but no Pink
