Today I would like to share with you a commission for a work colleague who wanted a Golden Wedding card for some friends.
I am really pleased with how this turned out.
The gorgeous heart die is from Noor Design - so beautiful. The butterfly is a Magnolia Doo Hickey.
Lots of beautiful flowers make up this arrangement including
Pale pink lily, pretty pastel blooms, beaded white stamen, Kort and Godt rolled roses, Daisy in white and pale pink, pearl and diamante flower embellishment, Edwina scallop lace, white silky crush ribbon.

It is not very visible when photographed but I embossed the paper with a Dutch Doobadoo stencil which has scattered hearts in different sizes. The 50th is a stamp set which I am sure I received from a win but I cannot find it on there website now.
The hidden insert as been decorated to compliment the front of the card.

ReplyDeleteHi, Sharon! Such an exquisite 50th anniversary card. Love the soft sage green and the pretty muted mauve pinks to work with your design elements. I especially like the way That pretty paper with the golden highlights is pretty in your oval for the sentiment. It's a wonderful card design!
ReplyDeleteI am beginning to feel a little better. Still difficult to use my fingers, as my hand-eye coordination is very poor, and the fatigue is exhausting!
