Party Girl

Good Afternoon blog world.
Hope you  are having a good day and looking forward to the weekend. I am having a couple of hours away from my craft room because I can't find my mojo anywhere. I am supposed to be making a wedding card but am not having much luck. I think the problem is that I have been given specifics ie Cadbury's purple, gold and cream. I haven't got any papers that match the colour ribbon I need to use and cream is not really a colour I use. What's a girl to do!!!

So, I will post a card which I made next week and hopefully by the time I have completed this post I may get some inspiration. I have just read my post before publishing it and had a little laugh to myself. I will see if any of you bloggers out there can spot my mistake, let's say I think I am getting ahead of myself!!!

I have used LOTV Party Girl

The colours I have used are quite a bit darker than I would normally used so I have toned them down slightly with some black, which I actually love to use on cards.

The image has been coloured with Pro and Flexi Markers and the papers are from Nitwit Collections. Her crown and the hearts have Diamond Sparkles added.

The Poppy Die which is a real favourite of mine is by Memory Box and the tag is from Whimsy Stamps. The flower is a Spellbinders Die. The ribbon is from my stash and sorry but I have no idea where I purchased the butterfly.

I am entering this card into the following challenges
The Paper Shelter - Anything goes

Right I am going to count to ten and ready or not mojo I am coming to find you.

Hugs to you all and will see you soon.

Love this, Sharon--your image is darling and beautifully colored, as usual! :^) Love the papers, the design and the die cuts!
And when I read your blog I thought how can she post a card which she made next week? Then I had to laugh because I think you caught that, too! Perhaps a time machine? LOL!
Have a great weekend, Sharon! And when you find your mojo, see it mine is somewhere in the same neighborhood, OK? If it is, please shoo it on home to me. Thanks! ;^)

Had to laugh, yes I think you've been time travelling, perhaps your mojo is ahead of you as well??? If you don't use cream very much, then maybe just use it for hightlights or very thin border. Look forward to seeing what you come up with. Helen (Sydney)

Whoops, sorry, hit the wrong button.
Love the colours and design of this card Sharon.
It's so pretty!
My mojo also goes walk about when colours like this are chosen.
It will come back soon.

These colors are gorgeous together and love how you've used the poppy die cut and the layered flowers.
