Today see the start of a new challenge over at Dream Valley. The challenge is being sponsored by The Paper Shelter and there is a $20 voucher up for grabs. The theme is Autumn.
I have for the first time made a CAS card. I don't know why but I get a bit nervous about CAS but I have to say I really like this card and I may have to do another. I have used the gorgeous Sassy Cheryl image "Autumn Leaves".
The papers are from my stash. I know they are from K & Co but I have no idea what the papers are called.
I have coloured her in with Pro Markers.
Reds - Berry red, Crimson, Burgundy
Oranges - Pumpkin, Amber, Honeycomb, Gold
Greens - Pear Green, Lime Zest
Skin - Apricot, Dusky Pink
The hair was coloured with Copics
E11, E15, E18, E23,
I stamped and cut out the leaves from a Stamps Happen, Inc stamp called Fall Leaves.
They are coloured with Adirondack Dye Felt Pads.
Thank you all for your lovely comments regarding Kayleigh. She is still intermittently having contractions. She was back in hospital on Monday but out again on Wednesday. If the baby (Evie) hangs in there for another couple of weeks it may make all the difference to her chances of survival. They say she has a strong heartbeat and she has had steroid injections to strengthen her lungs so fingers crossed.

I'm so glad that the news about Kayleigh and little Evie is better! Three cheers for the NHS - it has its faults, but we only hear the bad news, don't we? Good news doesn't make the papers!
