Doo Bee Pops Tilda

Good Evening blogger friend.
Hope you are all well.
I am having a relaxing evening as we were out last night at a comedy evening and this afternoon for our daughters birthday meal. Don't think I will be late to bed tonight but hopefully not before catching up on your blogs.

I am showing you today the card  I made for Jades Birthday. I am very disappointed with the photo as the colours are not a true likeness. The paper and is a beautiful lilac as is the large flower and they both look very insipid. I don't know whether it is my camera or the lighting I am using.

I have used Magnolia Doo Bee Pops Tilda. 


I have paper pieced Tilda's dress with the papers.  Maja - Vintage Spring Basics, 8th April which is the same as the background papers. 


I have cut the butterfly out twice from the Maja papers and cut them in half showing both designs.


The purple leaf is from a bouquet of flowers I received.  The balloon has been glittered.

    It is Beautiful and I am betting she loved it! I always have trouble photographing Lilac's they always through grey on me!Great Paperpiecing and Loooove that Fran-tage! Enjoy your Weekend!

    I Sharon, I have a Canon MG5450 printer and I use Crafter's Companion Watercolour Card Stock - sometimes it takes a couple of attempts before it feeds the card stock.
    I hope this helps.
