Baby Christening

Good Morning blogger friends.

Hope you are all well and enjoying the sunshine. I have so much to do today but I can't get motivated - really feel like having a sofa day.

Today  I have a card to show you which was made for a recent Christening. I have used LOTV's Baby Christening.
A full product list with a link to their online shop will be at the bottom of this post.

I have used a circular die for the base of the card  mainly because the banner fitted more easily.
The image was coloured with Distress Markers. The ruffle ribbon has had a pearl string added.

The Doo Hickey Butterfly has had Frantage added and has been embellished with WOC Rosebuds and a Ribbon Girl charm.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges.

Whimsy Stamps - Tic Tac Toe - (Ribbon, Diecuts, Pearls
Deep Ocean Challenge - Favourite colour combo (Pink/White)
Digi Choosday - Not a square card
Oldie but Goodie Challenge - Baby ( Stamp is more than 6 mths old)

A new challenge at Diva's by Design.

Good morning blogger friends.

I hope you are all well. Are you enjoying the football? - (good excuse to get some crafty time in)

Today see the start of a new challenge at Diva's by Design.  We are being sponsored this week by Hobbycutz - a fabulous shop for your crafty needs and the theme is 3 or more layers. It would be lovely if you could join in this challenge.

A full product list with a link to the online stores is at the bottom of this post.

I have used Magnolia's  Tilda with Fantasy Flowers and coloured her with Distress Markers.

I really don't know what goes wrong when photographing Lilacs, they always seem to turn out more grey.

I have been buying quite a few flowers from WOC this week as they have 10% off at the moment - well it would be rude not too when they have been kind enough to give us a discount!!!

The butterfly die is by Joanna Sheen and I have layered it with contrasting papers. I love these stars also which have been made with Air dry clay and a Martha Steward mould.

The flowers are all from LLC and WOC.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges.

Digi Stamps 4 Joy - Add Flowers
Penny's Paper Crafty Challenge - Favourite Embellishment (Flowers)
Ruby's Rainbow - Flora and Fauna
Papertake Weekly - Lace and Pearls
Digi Stamps 4 Joy - Flowers
Artistic Inspirations - Anything goes/Summer fun
Crafting from the Heart - Anything goes
Craft you Passion - 3 or more embellishments
Crafty Bloggers Network - Bingo (Die cuts, image, patterned paper)

Have a lovely day and I will see you for a catch up very soo)n.

A few CAS cards and Evie Maie

Good evening blogger friends.
I hope you are all well and enjoying all the football!!!
There are a few off my blogger friends who seem to be having a tough time lately and to you all I send you a big cyber hug. Also a big hug for those of you who no longer have their Dad's with them - must be a very tough day and I can't begin to imagine how hard today must be for many.

I was at a craft fayre on Saturday - it was only for 3 hrs so didn't get the opportunity to sell as many cards though I did get some orders.
I set too on Friday and made a few CAS cards - mainly to use up lots of scraps of paper and card and for a few additional cards for the fayre. Not my usual style though I did enjoy making them.

Here they are.

The papers are from a paper pad Country Lady from LOTV.

The stamp is from a set by Katie Sue Designs to go alongside the Fabulous shoes Stamps which I still have not used even though I have had them for ages. I have made a boob and forgot to colour in the butterfly and flower.

The gold ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl.

This is my favourite - mainly because I just love the Stempleglede sentiment.

Evie Maie. I took the picture last night. She is soooo cute.

She is such a cool baby rockin it in her Guns and Roses baby grow.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges

Pixies Crafty World - Snippets
Addicted to Stamps - CAS
Stamping with the Dragon - Clean and Simple
The Crafter's Cafe -White and one other colour.
Scribbles Designs Challenge - Say it with a sentiment

I am going to have a good old catch up with you all now.
Have a lovely week.
