Pretty Bouquet

Evening friend bloggers
Hope you are all well

As I said on my last post "Nice weather for ducks". Well I think they have probably drowned!!! Could we have much more torrential rain?

I was going to put this post on on Sunday, but I am getting withdrawal symptoms and just had to put this card on tonight.  It is another LOTV image called Pretty Bouquet.

The card blank is from Craftwork Cards. The papers are called "With this ring" and are availalbe from Nitwit Collections. The die cut border which I love and is suitable for so many cards is called "Cherish border" and is available from

The flowers and the hat pin are from WOC. The sentiments are also from LOTV - they are so useful and are another of my favourite buys. I have coloured the image with Pro Markers and Polychromo pencils. The ribbon is from my own stash.

A compilation.

I have entered this card in the following challenges.

Deckchair Dreaming

Evening lovely bloggers.

Nice weather for ducks!!! On a plus side it's too wet for outdoor pursuits which means more time for crafting and that's never a bad thing.

As I mentioned on an earlier post, I was lucky enough to win a paper stash on Bev Rochesters blog and to show how much I appreciate this I have done a card using some of the papers.

A colleague of mine is retiring tomorrow and I have made a card to mark the occasion. You can always relay on LOTV on having a stamp suitable for any occasion and they didn't disappoint with this one. I have used :-

Deckchair Dreaming

The card blank is from Craftwork Cards. The butterfly  and the clouds are Memory Box dies which I purchased from Oyster Stamps. The leafy flourish is from Cheery Lynn called Fanciful Flourish. It is available in three sizes and I think that this die is the mega Fanciful flourish.

The flowers are from WOC and the sentiment is computer generated. I have Spellbinder dies to mat and layer the image which are available from many craft stores.

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog whether you choose to just have a browse, make a comment  or hopefully follow me so that I can then view your wonderful blogs. The comments I have had so far have blown me away and I am so grateful.
Take care.

Best Dress

Evening friend bloggers

As I said last night the card I posted tonight would be decided by the postman. If Mr postman had been kind it would be a LOTV card - if not a Saturated Canary card (not that I prefer one against the other, it's just so exciting to ink up a new stamp). Well...this morning I started colouring in my Saturated Canary image, when the postie arrived. Now did I finish the Saturated Canary image or did I start afresh with a LOTV image?

Todays post is....

Best Dress by

LOTV

I just love this image. Wonder what her best dress will look like when she has had her jelly and ice cream? I have coloured her with Copic Markers and polychromo pencils. The papers are from Nitwit Collections. One day I will surprise you with papers from a different company but I find which ever colour you want to colour an image in - Nitwits have a matching paper.

The flowers are from WOC crafts as are the hat pins and metal embellishment. I did say I was going to emboss the metal corner today but didn't get round to it. The butterfly and die are Memory Box and are available from Oyster Stamps.

The sentiment is from Pink Petticoat and the die is Memory Box and is available from Oyster Stamps.

I have entered this card into the following challenges
Let's Ink It Up - Embellishment challenge
WOC - Anything goes
Bunny Zoe's Crafts - Girls Girls Girls
Papertake Weekly Challenge - Bingo
Enjoy the rest of your evening. I am now going to catch up with my followers.

Tiptoe Fairy

Evening friends.

Hope you have all had a good week with lots of crafting!!! I unfortunately had to miss a day of crafting on Saturday because hubby and I went to a local pub to see the band - Brotherhood and didn't get to bed till 3.30am. I recommend you see them if you get the chance, they were superb.

As I said the downside was that I didn't get any crafting done because I was soooo tired and I so hate that. All the images I could have been colouring.

Below is another image from LOTV - Fairy on tiptoes. The papers are from Nitwit collections and the sentiment and metal corner embellishment are also from LOTV. I love these metal embellishments. I fancy embossing them with white embossing powder - may try that tomorrow.

I have used my favourite swirly leafy die from Cheery Lynn called fanciful flourish. The die resting on the image is Spring Border by Memory Box. I have coloured the image using Copic markers. The flower punch I have had for quite a while and I'm afraid I cannot remember the make.

I have used Diamond Sparkles on the fairy's wings, flowers and the sentiment.

It is not difficult to see that I love LOTV stamps so please please please Mr postman bring me my new LOTV stamps tomorrow which I ordered last week. Dependant on Mr Postman tomorrow's card will be LOTV or Saturated Canary - watch this space!!!

Night to all my lovely blogger friends.

Wryn Blooms

Hi blogger friends.
I cant believe my four day off are over. The time has flown by and worse than that I have only had today to craft. I did spend Saturday in my craft room, but that was only to re-organise it. Hubby very kindly put me some more shelves up so that I could have more goodies on display rather than in draws were they can so easily be forgotton. I have been naughty again and bought 5 stamps from LOTV - couldn't resist the temptation of an offer on those gorgeous stamps. Hope you have enjoyed the Diamond Jubilee even if like me - the most you got to celebrating was watching the proceedings on the tv.

Anyhow, enough rambling and on to what I have been wanting to do all weekend - a new post.
I downloaded two digi images from Tiddly Inks on Sunday and here is one of them. She is called
Wryn Blooms.

I will have to add the link to the image later as the site is currently undergoing maintenance. The heart die is a memory box die called Cherish border and is available from Oyster Stamps. The papers are from Nitwit Collections - Butterfly Kisses too. I have coloured the image with Pro Markers, Copic Markers and Polychromo pencils. The flowers, hat pin and corner metal embellishment is for WOC.

The Sentiment is a download from Pink Petticoat - Tiny Everyday Sentiments and the ribbon is from my own stash.

A compilation which show a close up of the embellishements.

I am now going to visit my new blog friends to see what they have been up to this weekend. Hope to blog again very soon. Take care.
