Good morning Bloggers.

Hope you are all enjoying the run up to New Year. I couldn't resist joining in with the lovely Debby's

I didn't make nearly as many Christmas cards as I should have done. I am afraid that after making the commissioned cards, I did not have enough time to make family and friends cards. One of my resolutions for 2014 is to make at least two Christmas cards a month up until October and them to make at least for or five a week up until December. Lets hope this is a resolution I stick too.

Here goes, my favourite Christmas cards.

I will be back soon with my favourite cards for 2013.

Of I don't see you all before 2014, enjoy your celebrations or your quiet evening which ever it may be.
Thank you all so much for your visits during 2013 and will look forward to seeing you all next year.

I told a porkie!!!

Good evening friends.
I told a porkie on the last post. I thought that my last post was the last of my Christmas makes but I realised I have 3 cards I have not yet shown you, two of which I will show to shortly.
I have told myself this week that during 2014 I am going to make at least two Christmas cards a month. I left it far to late this year and after finishing my orders I could not face making any for my family. Very naughty of me.  Please do not hesitate to give me a virtual slap if I do not stick to this.
Now for my cards.
The first is a digi from Sassy Cheryl called Admiring the Star and is available here.
This image is available in a coloured version or black and white. Isn't he so sweet.
The papers are from Pink Petticoat. The corner die is by Memory Box and the Fishtails are from Die-namics.
The second card uses the Swirly Fir Tree from LOTV - very similar to the card I posted earlier in the week using this image.

The papers are again from Pink Petticoat and the Border die from Memory Box.

If you would like any more information about the products used to create these cards, please contact me and I will provide you with the information.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges.

That Craft Place - Anything Goes
Happy Campers Craft Challenge - Anything goes
See you all soon and thank you so much for your support during 2013. I love having you visit and returning the visits.

The last Christmas card make.

Good evening bloggers.

I hope you have all had a lovely Christmas with your loved ones and received the pressies on your wish list. I have a lovely two days - unfortunately I am back to work tomorrow. Actually, I am quite looking forward to 2014 and getting back to normal. I want to actively sell my cards at craft fayres and Etsy as they are piling up and lets face it -the more I sell, the more crafty goodies I can buy!!! I also am hopefully going to be more organised, starting with sorting out my craft room.
I have another of my xmas card makes to share with you today using an image from TeddyBea called Snow Cuddles Bea. This was a pre coloured image but I paper pieced the jacket to match the green of the paper used.

The papers are from Nit Wit Collections called Tapestry of Christmas.

The snowflake and corner die are from Memory Box. The sentiment is computer generated.

The ribbon is from my own stash and the flowers were made from a die an coloured with Pro Markers to match the papers.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges.

C... is for Challenge - Non Traditional Christmas
Hobby Cutz Challenge - Anything goes

Abbie and Candy

Good evening Bloggers

I was supposed to add a photo of the newest addition to our family on Saturdays post but forgot to add it so I will show you her now. She is such a sweet little girl and hopefully (fingers crossed) Abbie will love having a partner in crime!!! They certainly look happy together on this photo though they have had some very rough play at times.

I am going to hopefully!!! have a relaxing morning tomorrow and catch up with Last Tango in Halifax. I have only watched the first episode so far so will have plenty of time to blog whilst watching the rest of the series so far.

See you all tomorrow.
Hugs Sharon. xxx

Swirly Fir Tree.

Good evening friends.

I hope you are all well.

I have another Christmas card to show you today using the Swirly Fir Tree stamp from LOTV. I really enjoyed using this stamp as it takes no time to colour but is gorgeous.

I have used a paper pad from Simple Stories, 25 days of Christmas. This was a candy win and I have tried to add a link but the only info I can find is for the single 12 x 12 sheets.

I am now using a programme called Picassa to add the details to my cards and so far I am loving it. It has a fab facility for straightening photos which I find very useful as I usually I take no end of piccies  just to get them straight.

The Berries and the cinnamon stick are from Anne Marie Designs but I am having trouble linking the products through Inlinkz so I have linked the wording. The snowflake die is from Memory Box.
The raffia ribbon is from the Christmas isle in Asda.

I will be entering this card into the following challenges

Challenges 4 Everybody - Anything Goes
One Stitch at a Time - Anything Goes
The Kraftyhands Challenge - Anything goes

I will be back again tomorrow with another Christmas card.
Thank you so much for stopping by.

All in a Row

Good Evening blogger friends.

I hope you are all well and getting ready for the big man arriving. I have one more shift at work and then I am off until Friday. Yippee. I think I am more excited about having four days off work than Christmas.

We went to see Kayleigh yesterday and I will show you an update of Evie-Maie at the end of this post. We have also a new addition to the family. Kayleigh has two dogs and they have not been happy since Evie-Maie arrived home and have started to mess in the house and chew. It was a hard decision for her to make but she asked if we would take Candy.  Because we couldn't bear the thought of them going back to kennels we said yes on the condition that Abbie wasn't unhappy at sharing our affections. Russ's sister is having Bailey.

I have finally finished all the Christmas cards I needed to make and am shutting my craft room doors until the New Year. Although I may have to try and fight my way in there to tidy!!!

I am showing you a card I made with a LOTV stamp "All in a row", which I have had for a couple of years but only just coloured.

Sorry about the image - a bit blurred. I loved using these LOTV paper pads and was so sorry when I used the last of the tartan papers.

The red ribbon is from my stash and the tartan ribbon is from Asda's festive isle.

Here is the beautiful Evie- Maie.

And finally, the new addition to our family.

Candy is a cross. She has some staffi in her but I think maybe Dalmatian also as she has some black spots on her.
Kayleigh calls her the Gremlin

I have been a very bad blogger recently.

Good evening blogger friends.

It seems such a long time since I have visited your lovely blogs and I have to say I have missed you all. I feel bad that you have visited me and I have not been able to visit you back.  I seem to have gone from one frustration to another. As some of you may know I had problems with a computer I bought in July which they eventually exchanged. Would you believe that after only a month of owning the new one the hard drive had to be replaced so I have been without a computer. I have all the necessary security in place so I just don't know what happens to them.

Russ and I have been to Castle Hill today for his MRI scan so we will now have to wait to see a specialist. On a happier note, it will soon be Christmas!!!

I am showing you a card today which I made for a friend going to a wedding. The theme for the wedding is Tweed and Green. I was dreading the tweed part but I am rather pleased with the result.

I have use LOTV's Carriage for Two. Love this sweet image.

The papers are Pion and a tweed download.

I have coloured the image with my Distress Markers.

I am loving the Martha Stewart photo frame and butterflies made with craft dough

I can assure you all I will be visiting your blogs very soon. If not tonight them whilst I am watching the finals of Strictly and X Factor. I have not got a favourite for Strictly as I think all the finalists are deserving of the title but a definite favourite in X Factor - Sam Bailey.
