A New Challenge at Dream Vallley

Morning friends.

I will be typically British here and say "Isn't it lovely weather". I guess by the aroma's around us  yesterday that there was a fair few people having barbecues.  Just think of me today when you are all enjoying the sun whilst I am working all day. That is unless my lottery numbers come up in which case I will be enjoying the sun also!!!

We have a challenge starting today at Dream Valley and we would love to see Fancy Folds on your  projects. We are being sponsored by Whimsy Farms Twine and if you would like to take a closer look you can find them here.

I have used my newest Tilda and I love her.

I have coloured her with Distress Markers and added Frantage around the edge. The leafy swirl is by Cheery Lynn.

The large flower has had Frantage added.

To the heart I have added Frantaage, flowers and a butterfly charm. Cheesecloth is behind the heart.

A new challenge at Diva's by Design

Good morning friends.

Again I apologise for my absence on some blogs. I am having trouble with Blogger. Some of the comments I am leaving on Blogs are being published but on some blogs, where you see the comment awaiting moderation, is not being shown. I therefore do not know if you are receiving them. If you have awaiting moderation and you do receive a comment from me could leave me a comment and let me know - it would be very much appreciated. I also cannot edit my posts via the edit pencil on my blog and have to edit through blogger posts. Very Annoying. 

Today sees a new challenge at Diva's by Design. The Challenge is being sponsored by Stamp and Create and the theme is Use A Charm. Pretty easy peasy challenge I think so please pop on over and join in the challenge. The DT' have some gorgeous cards  to inspire you.

I have used a LOTV image Wedding Couple.

I have use Pion Papers and coloured the image with distress markers. I have used the Love Magnolia stamp around the image. The edge border is from Memory Box.

The flowers are a mixture from LOTV, The Hobby House and Live and Love Crafts.

I have used Frantage around the image. The heart is from my stash.

I have use cheesecloth in between the layers and added pearls to the flowers.

A New Challenge at Songbird

Good Morning friends.

Hope you are all well.
I have have just bought a new laptop and I don't know if I am having teething problems with the computer or if Blogger is playing up. When I try to publish comments on your blogs some are publishing but some, where you usually see awaiting moderation, are not showing the message so I don't know if you are receiving my messages. Also I have to physically go into blogger to edit as the pencil has disappeared at the bottom of my posts. I think somehow my settings must have been altered. Has anyone had this same problem as it is driving me nuts.

We have a new challenge starting today at Songbirds.

The challenge is being sponsored by SK digis and the theme is Ribbons.  They have some lovely images and well worth a visit.

I have used an image called Dandelion Hearts.

The papers are a digi download from Craftwork cards - well worth taking a look they have some gorgeous papers. The ribbon is no longer available from The Pretty Little Ribbon shop as it is closed. I am on a mission to find another on line store which sells this colour  ribbon in the crinkle effect. 

The flowers are from Lili of the Valley, Live and Love Crafts and The Hobby House. The image and the spellbinder die has been coloured with a distress marker - Victorian Velvet.

The image has Frantage surrounding it and I have used a metal corner embellishment and pearls to finish the embellishments.
