Hope you are all well and enjoying the weekend.
I have no card to share today but would love it if you could help me out with a which should I buy crafty item.
My Grand Calibur has recently gone to gadget heaven and I am needing to replace it. The problem is I don't know if I should buy another Grand Calibur or go for another die cutting system. I would be very grateful for some advice. I need to be able to use the larger dies.
Love Sharon. x

I've got a big shot pro and love it! Susan x
Hi Sharon, I use my grand calibur all the time but because I'm having trouble with my shoulder I'm gonna purchase the ebosser as it's electric and will be easier. I've had a few comments from crafters saying they had one and it was fab. I'm going to Harrogate next week so hoping to buy one there.
Hugs Sue W.
I rather fancy an eBosser myself, have promised myself one for Christmas.

I love my GC, but ordered an ebosser due to shoulder issues. Sharon, I had to return both of them. They simply would not cut through the SB dies. The more intricate the die, the less it would cut through. I followed the directions perfectly. The customer service tech actually worked with me on the phone, and I did everything he suggested, and still had problems. Maybe the "run" of machines I purchased from was bad. I ran the same dies thru the GC with 2 passes for complete, clear cuts. After 4 tries with the ebosser, the dies still had not cut all the way through. it's a DREAM for embossing folders, tho.
We opened my broken GC and took photos of the broken pieces. SB sent the necessary pieces free of charge and my husband fixed it. In the meantime, I purchased a new GC because the old one required 1/4" trim off 8.5" paper. I wanted to use the mini sandwiches for less cranking. I love the new GC.
If I had room, and could afford it, I'd like this:

I have a Big Shot electric machine and a GC and I prefer my GC and the cuts are far better. I love the ebosser but have had mixed reviews. Go with your heart for a replacement. Hugs, Claire x
