Happily Ever After.

Good Morning Blogger friends.

Hope you are all having a lovely weekend so far - hopefully lots of crafting for me this afternoon.

Have I told you, I am now a Ribbon Girl!!! Not stopped dancing yet.

It is not my week to post for them but just thought I would drop in a reminder that their Magnolia challenge starts tomorrow.

I had a commission for wedding card. I was determined I was not going to use my favourite stamp again but somehow it landed on my card!!!

The base for the card is a stencil from Dutch Doobadoo. Getting quite a collection now as they are far more affordable than dies. I have covered the stencil with Maja papers and distressed them. All the information on the products used are at the bottom of the post. I have coloured her using Distress Markers.

I masked the image and over stamped the love stamp from Magnolia. I have been a bit braver with the gesso and added it to the papers.

A mixture of flowers - gesso has been added to the darker blue flowers.

Frantage has been added to the image mat and the heart on the ribbon.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges.

We do doobadoo - Romance
 QKR Stampede - Shaped cards
Pile it on - Hearts/and or flowers
Digi choosday - Love/Romance
DRS Designs - Lovely Hearts
My Time To Craft - Two or more people

Thank you all for your visits and welcome to my new followers. It is lovely to see you hear and look forward to and appreciate you comments.

Hugs

I have used the gorgeous Write a message Tilda.
A list of the products used with a link to their on line store will be at the bottom of this page.
I have coloured the image with Inktense Pencils and Distress Markers.  The feather die is from Hot of the Press.

This gorgeous ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl - beautiful and sparkly. The flower from my stash.

I have added a mixture of flowers from WOC, LLC and made the blue flowers with the pearl inside from a Noor Design die.

I have added Gesso to the large and small dark blue flowers. This is the first time I have used this lattice die but I don't think it will be the last.
