I recently purchased the two stamps for this card especially for this challenge - I have always loved these two images together and I thought it was perfect for this celebration challenge.
I have coloured her with Distress markers.
The base of this card is made from a stencil by Dutch Doobadoo which is available from Noor Design UK as are the butterflies and heart die.
The clock die is from Marianne designs and the wood clock is from Scrap and Craft.
The embellishments from the Ribbon Girl consist of
Wrinkled seam binding in pink and white, White tulips, mixed tulips, Cherry blossom, rose buds large, tiny pale pink roses, 20mm open roses, rose/ pearl white organza, flat back pearls
