Patchwork of Life.

Good Morning.

I hope you are all well and having a lovely week.
We had a lovely family get together on Saturday to celebrate our mum and dads Diamond Wedding Anniversary. We had such a lovely time but I think the highlight of Mums day was receiving a card from the Queen. 60 years is such an achievement.

I am here today to share with you my card for Noor Design UK.

I have used the verse from one of Pion Designs Patchwork of Life papers. I made this card for mum and dads celebrations as I thought the verse was perfect.

The large pink and blue flowers I made from Foamiran and Rosy Owl Dies. I coloured the foam with chalks.

I placed a button Wilma in the centre of a flower which was cut from some lace.
The lace along the bottom is called Abigail.

I added Vintage Scissors which are a perfect embellishment to the Patchwork theme.

Thank you all for stopping by today.

Enjoy the rest of your week.

Guest designer for Deep Ocean.

Good morning.

I am here to share with you my card for the Deep Ocean Challenge.

I was thrilled when Karina asked me to be guest designer for this challenge which is Shabby Chic/Vintage.

I have used one of my favourite wedding images from Tidly Inks - Love You the Mostest. You get four images with this download.
The image has been coloured with Distress Markers and Re-Inkers.

The Mr and Mrs Chipboard and the Love Chipboard are by Scrapiniec and available at Noor Design UK as are most of the embellishments - just click on the links. The butterflies have been die cut from the LDRS Dotted Wings die. This is a cute little set comes with a banner die and a vertical die. With the set you get the two size individual dies to add dimension.

The large pink flower has been made from white Foamiran and has had pink chalk added. Rosy Owl Dies have been used to cut the flowers. I added some pretty lace called Margaret and the Pearl and Diamante embellishment is called Genevieve.

I would like to enter the following challenges

Thank you all for stopping by today.
Enjoy the rest of your week.

We have a new challenge at Noor Design UK with everyone's favourite.

"Anything Goes"

The image is from Pion Designs Sofiero's Ephemera collection. Isn't she lovely.

I have used various flowers which are listed at the bottom of the post with a link to the Noor Designs shop. The pretty lace is called Christelle.

The sentiment stamp is from a friendship collection by Little Darlings which I have secured using one hinges from Woodware.

Pion papers and Foamiran.

Good morning.
I hope you are well and having a lovely week.

I am sharing you today my latest card for Noor Design UK which incorporates some gorgeous papers and flowers made with Foamiran.
The image has been taken from a sheet of images by Maja Designs Sofiero collection.

The papers which match the image beautifully are from Pion Designs Patchwork of Life collection.

I have used quite a few dies from Rosy Owl to make my flowers. I have watched many a tutorial and gained lots of hints and tips but I still believe there is no better way of learning than getting stuck in. You will probably make a few that you are not happy with but believe me you will improve very quickly.

Underneath the flower above I added Natural Sisal and

More flowers in closer detail are shown above and below. I added some leaves amongst the flowers and a bronze filigree butterfly on the Scrapiniec sign.

Thank you all for stopping by today and for your lovely comments.

See you all soon.

Magnolia Stamps - Flower girl

Good morning.

I am here with my inspiration post for Noor Design UK.

I am sharing with you today a card I made using Flower Girl Unicorn which is part of the I love Unicorns collection by Magnolia Stamp.

In my DT package I received the Sunflower Die. Love it and shall definitely use it lots.

Love the enamel Buzzy Bee on the fence. This one and the enamel butterflies in Tracy's shop are favourites of mine.

The Lavender Mist background on the left is from Scrapiniec. I added a few butterflies here and there taken from the Lemoncraft Vintage Time sheet.

The pretty papers have been taken from the 6x6 paper pad by Studio Light

Thank you for stopping by today.
Hope you enjoy the rest of your week.
