Wryn Blooms

Hi blogger friends.
I cant believe my four day off are over. The time has flown by and worse than that I have only had today to craft. I did spend Saturday in my craft room, but that was only to re-organise it. Hubby very kindly put me some more shelves up so that I could have more goodies on display rather than in draws were they can so easily be forgotton. I have been naughty again and bought 5 stamps from LOTV - couldn't resist the temptation of an offer on those gorgeous stamps. Hope you have enjoyed the Diamond Jubilee even if like me - the most you got to celebrating was watching the proceedings on the tv.

Anyhow, enough rambling and on to what I have been wanting to do all weekend - a new post.
I downloaded two digi images from Tiddly Inks on Sunday and here is one of them. She is called
Wryn Blooms.

I will have to add the link to the image later as the site is currently undergoing maintenance. The heart die is a memory box die called Cherish border and is available from Oyster Stamps. The papers are from Nitwit Collections - Butterfly Kisses too. I have coloured the image with Pro Markers, Copic Markers and Polychromo pencils. The flowers, hat pin and corner metal embellishment is for WOC.

The Sentiment is a download from Pink Petticoat - Tiny Everyday Sentiments and the ribbon is from my own stash.

A compilation which show a close up of the embellishements.

I am now going to visit my new blog friends to see what they have been up to this weekend. Hope to blog again very soon. Take care.

Absolutely Gorgeous Card Sharon. Love the pink and the green colour combination. I too only got as far as the sofa to watch the Jubilee celebrations but thoroughly enjoyed them!

Hi Sharon!
Love your blog and how you've dedicated it to sweet Nellie. Sorry to hear of her passing. Those little critters sure get under our skin don't they?!
Your work is absolutely stunning, your use of color is fabulous. I'm your newest fan.
Thanks for joining my blog and commenting, it's always nice. Oh and yes, my little kitty "Randall" does do a bit of shedding:):):)
I look forward to seeing more of your lovely creations.
Hugs,
Lisa

Hi Sharon

I am so pleased you found my blog as now I have found yours too.

You have posted some wonderful creations.

What a great eye for colour you have and such neat work too.

You asked me about some Raspberry Road papers I used on my blog and below I have put a link for you. One paper came from Paper Set 1 and one from Paper Set 2.

Hi Sharon, I also love your cards - I really like your style and I see you also love LOTV stamps!!!
I think that maybe most people would only manage one or two posts a week as we are all busy!
I also just started a blog and I haven't even posted as many as you. Maybe we will encourage each other! Keep it up!

Another beauty!!! You should definitely consider entering challenges!!! Feline Playful is a great site that lists weekly challenges, I am sure you have heard of it. If not, you must- your cards are too beautiful not to share with more people!!! Again, love the Memory Box die! Now I will have to add that one to my list of dies to buy!! Ann Marie

One last comment!!! Memory Box is running a contest to win dies and they ask that you upload any card you make with their dies... here is the link if you are interested...
